Go Deal does not: • Buy, sell, or take ownership of any vehicle • Hold, transfer, or process vehicle titles • Act as a broker in any vehicle transaction • Provide DMV registration or title transfer services All vehicle transactions are conducted exclusively between the buyer and the seller. Go Deal's role is limited to facilitating introductions, publishing listings, and providing marketing services. Any contract, bill of sale, or legal agreement is solely between the buyer and the seller.

Before purchasing any vehicle through or discovered on the Go Deal Platform, buyers are strongly advised to: • Obtain a complete vehicle history report (e.g., Carfax, AutoCheck) using the vehicle's VIN • Have the vehicle independently inspected by a qualified mechanic • Verify the vehicle title with the Utah Division of Motor Vehicles or the relevant state authority • Confirm that the seller is the legal owner of the vehicle and has the right to sell it • Ensure the vehicle is free of all liens before completing the purchase • Understand all financial terms, including any financing agreements, before signing Go Deal is not responsible for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from a buyer's failure to conduct proper due diligence.
