Please read these Terms carefully before using the Go Deal platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using the Go Deal website (godealcar.com) and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, buyers, sellers, partners, and anyone else who accesses or uses the Platform.
Go Deal is an automotive marketing and listing platform that connects private sellers, dealers, and buyers of used vehicles in the state of Utah and across the United States. Go Deal provides tools for listing vehicles, searching inventory, requesting sourcing services, applying for financing referrals, and communicating with parties interested in buying or selling vehicles.
Go Deal is an automotive marketing platform — not a licensed motor vehicle dealer, broker, or financial institution. Go Deal does not buy, sell, or hold title to any vehicle listed on the Platform. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. Go Deal solely facilitates introductions and marketing services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. The Platform is intended for use within the United States.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted in their listings, including but not limited to: vehicle year, make, model, trim, mileage, condition, price, VIN, title status, and photographs. Go Deal does not independently verify listing information and makes no representations as to its accuracy. Buyers are strongly encouraged to conduct independent inspections before purchasing any vehicle.
Go Deal strongly encourages listings of vehicles with clean titles. Sellers must accurately disclose the title status (clean, rebuilt, or salvage) at the time of listing. Misrepresentation of title status is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate removal of the listing, termination of access to the Platform, and possible legal action.
Listing a vehicle on Go Deal is free of charge. A commission is earned by Go Deal only upon the successful sale of a listed vehicle. The commission structure is as follows: • Vehicles sold for $15,000 or less: 3.5% of the sale price (minimum $200) • Vehicles sold for more than $15,000: 3% of the sale price The seller agrees to pay the applicable commission within 5 business days of closing the sale. Failure to pay may result in suspension from the Platform and referral to collections.
Users may not use the Platform to: (a) Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings (b) Misrepresent vehicle condition, mileage, or title status (c) Engage in price manipulation or collusion with other users (d) Harass, threaten, or defraud other users or Go Deal staff (e) Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without prior written permission (f) Use automated bots or scripts to access or interact with the Platform (g) Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law
Go Deal offers an AI-powered assistant called "Max" to help users with general questions about buying, selling, and financing vehicles. Responses from Max are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Go Deal makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of Max's responses. Users should not rely solely on Max for purchasing, financing, or legal decisions.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trade names, and software — is the property of Go Deal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without prior written permission from Go Deal.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GO DEAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GO DEAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. GO DEAL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY BUYER OR SELLER.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GO DEAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF GO DEAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. GO DEAL'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE COMMISSIONS PAID BY YOU TO GO DEAL IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Go Deal and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your vehicle listings, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Go Deal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
