These Partner Program Terms govern participation in the Go Deal referral program. By registering as a Partner, you agree to these terms.
The Go Deal Partner Program allows individuals to earn commissions by referring buyers and sellers to the Go Deal platform. Partners act as independent referral sources — not employees, agents, or representatives of Go Deal. There is no investment required to join, and there are no limits on the number of referrals a Partner may submit.
To participate in the Partner Program, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Reside in or operate within the United States • Complete and submit the Go Deal Partner registration form • Provide accurate contact information (name, email, phone, city) • Not be a current employee of Go Deal or any of its direct competitors Go Deal reserves the right to approve or reject any Partner application at its sole discretion.
Registration is completed through the Partner sign-up form at godealcar.com/partners. Upon approval, you will receive: • A personal referral link and/or referral code • A WhatsApp message template for easy sharing • Access to your referral dashboard (where available) • Contact information for the Go Deal team Approvals are typically processed within 24 hours of submission.
A valid referral occurs when: (a) You direct a buyer or seller to Go Deal using your unique referral link or code, OR (b) You directly introduce a buyer or seller to a Go Deal team member and that introduction is acknowledged in writing by Go Deal The referred party must be new to Go Deal — meaning they have not previously interacted with Go Deal through any other channel. Go Deal has final authority in determining whether a referral is valid and whether it led to a closed deal.
Partners earn a commission for each deal that closes as a direct result of their referral. Commission amounts are determined by Go Deal on a per-deal basis and communicated to the Partner prior to or at the time of closing. Commissions are not guaranteed until the deal is fully closed and all payments between buyer, seller, and Go Deal have been settled. Go Deal reserves the right to adjust commission rates for future referrals with reasonable advance notice. Existing confirmed referrals will not be retroactively affected.
Commissions are paid within 24–48 hours of the deal closing, defined as the date the vehicle sale is finalized and Go Deal's commission from the seller has been collected. Payment methods: Zelle, bank transfer (ACH), cash, or another method mutually agreed upon in writing. Partners are responsible for all applicable taxes on commissions received. Go Deal will issue a 1099 form to Partners earning $600 or more in a calendar year, as required by U.S. tax law.
As a Go Deal Partner, you agree to: • Represent Go Deal honestly and professionally at all times • Only share accurate information about Go Deal's services, pricing, and processes • Not make promises or guarantees on behalf of Go Deal • Not pressure, harass, or misrepresent information to potential buyers or sellers • Comply with all applicable laws, including federal and state laws regarding referrals, advertising, and real estate (if applicable) • Immediately notify Go Deal of any complaints or concerns from referred parties
Partners may not: (a) Refer themselves or immediate family members as buyers/sellers to collect commissions (b) Create fake buyer or seller leads (c) Solicit referrals through spam, unsolicited mass messaging, or deceptive advertising (d) Misrepresent their relationship with Go Deal (e.g., claiming to be an employee or licensed dealer) (e) Share confidential Go Deal business information with third parties (f) Operate competing referral programs that directly conflict with Go Deal's business Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
This Agreement does not create an employer-employee, franchisor-franchisee, or principal-agent relationship between Go Deal and the Partner. Partners are independent contractors. Partners are not authorized to enter into contracts, make representations, or incur liabilities on behalf of Go Deal. Partners are solely responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
The Go Deal Partner Program is non-exclusive. Partners may simultaneously work with other companies and pursue other business activities, provided those activities do not violate Section 8 of these Terms. Go Deal may also work with other partners or referral sources at any time.
Either party may terminate participation in the Partner Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Go Deal may immediately terminate a Partner's participation, without notice, for: • Violation of these Terms or Go Deal's Terms of Service • Fraudulent referral activity • Conduct that damages Go Deal's reputation • Inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months Upon termination, any commissions earned prior to termination for verified closed deals will still be paid.
Go Deal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Partner Program at any time. Partners will be notified of material changes to commission rates or program terms at least 14 days in advance. Continued participation after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Partner Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
