This Seller Agreement governs the relationship between Go Deal and any individual or entity that lists a vehicle for sale on the Platform. By submitting a listing, you agree to these terms.
This Seller Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Go Deal ("Company") and the person or entity submitting a vehicle listing ("Seller"). This Agreement, together with Go Deal's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the complete agreement between the parties regarding the listing and sale of vehicles on the Platform.
To list a vehicle on Go Deal, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Be the legal owner of the vehicle or have the owner's explicit written authorization to sell • Have a valid government-issued ID • Provide accurate contact information (name, email, phone) • Not be prohibited from entering into contracts under applicable law Go Deal reserves the right to verify seller identity and reject or remove any listing at its sole discretion.
All vehicle listings must include accurate and complete information, including: • Vehicle year, make, model, and trim • Current odometer reading (mileage) • VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) — 17 characters • Asking price • Title status (clean, rebuilt, or salvage) • Honest description of the vehicle's condition Listings with false or misleading information will be removed immediately and the Seller may be permanently banned from the Platform.
By submitting a listing, the Seller represents and warrants that: (a) The Seller is the lawful owner of the vehicle or has legal authority to sell it (b) The vehicle information provided is accurate and complete to the best of the Seller's knowledge (c) The vehicle is free of undisclosed liens, encumbrances, or legal disputes (d) The mileage disclosed reflects the actual odometer reading (e) The title status accurately reflects the actual condition of the title (f) The vehicle is not stolen and is not subject to any outstanding recalls that have not been disclosed
Go Deal strongly prefers and predominantly features vehicles with clean titles. Sellers of rebuilt or salvage-title vehicles must prominently disclose the title status in the listing description. Failure to disclose a rebuilt or salvage title constitutes fraud and may result in legal liability for the Seller, in addition to removal from the Platform.
Listing on Go Deal is FREE. Go Deal charges a commission only when a vehicle is successfully sold through the Platform. The commission structure is as follows: • Sale price up to $15,000: 3.5% of the final sale price (minimum commission: $200) • Sale price above $15,000: 3% of the final sale price Examples: • Vehicle sold for $12,000 → Commission: $420 (3.5%) • Vehicle sold for $35,000 → Commission: $1,050 (3%) • Vehicle sold for $5,000 → Commission: $200 (minimum applies) The commission is calculated based on the final agreed sale price between buyer and seller.
The Seller agrees to pay Go Deal's commission within 5 business days of the closing date — defined as the date on which the buyer and seller sign the bill of sale or transfer of title. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (Zelle, ACH), cash, or other methods agreed in writing with Go Deal. Failure to pay the commission within the agreed timeframe may result in: • Suspension or permanent removal from the Platform • Referral of the unpaid balance to a collections agency • Legal action to recover the commission plus applicable interest and legal fees
Once a buyer expresses interest and is connected by Go Deal, the Seller agrees to: • Respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours • Make the vehicle available for inspection upon reasonable request • Provide all requested documentation (title, service records, bill of sale) • Conduct the transaction honestly and in good faith • Notify Go Deal immediately if the vehicle is sold, withdrawn, or no longer available • Not attempt to circumvent Go Deal's commission by directing buyers to private channels outside the Platform
If a Seller closes a sale with a buyer who was introduced through Go Deal — regardless of where the final transaction takes place — the commission is still owed to Go Deal. Attempting to circumvent the commission is a breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action for the full commission amount plus damages.
Listings remain active for up to 90 days from the date of submission. Go Deal may remove a listing at any time, without notice, if the listing: • Contains false, misleading, or prohibited content • Violates Go Deal's Terms of Service or this Agreement • Has been reported by users as fraudulent • Belongs to a vehicle that has already been sold Sellers may request removal of their listing at any time by contacting [email protected].
Go Deal is a marketing platform only. Go Deal: • Does not guarantee the sale of any listed vehicle • Does not represent or advise buyers on behalf of sellers • Is not a party to the transaction between buyer and seller • Is not responsible for disputes arising from the transaction • Does not provide legal, financial, or title services The Seller is solely responsible for ensuring the transaction complies with all applicable laws, including DMV regulations in Utah.
The Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Go Deal and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) inaccurate or fraudulent listing information; (b) disputes with buyers; (c) failure to disclose vehicle defects; or (d) any violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
